Ruslan Kalitin is a Houston-based artist, graphic novelist, zinester, and co-organizer of Zine Fest Houston. He is a regular vendor at Zine Fest Houston, Staple! Independent Media, Lone Star Zine Fest, San Francisco Zine Fest since 2017 etc.

His books are full of color and impressionism. The stories are varying from being philosophical, and dramatic to humorous and Sci-Fi. Great example of that would be a silent, romantic, botanical, sci-fi graphic novel without words ‘Magnolia‘, which he drew during the pandemic in 2020.
